Repairs
In the event of any technical problem, Montcalm International will be on hand to repair the beds as soon as possible. Montcalm can provide service coverage throughout the United Kingdom. With Montcalm International, a hospital will not face the prospect of having a bed out of action for weeks while waiting for a spare part to arrive. Our complete inventory of spare parts means we can dispatch overnight to your engineer.
Service agreement option
Montcalm International can also offer the option of a service agreement for the SPIRIT bed. The service agreement covers call-out and repair charges but does not cover the costs of parts out of warranty.
Call-out times
Montcalm International will aim to send someone to carry out the work on the same day that we receive the call. One of our engineers will come to the hospital within a maximum of 48 hours.
