The SPIRIT bed is widely recognised as the most advanced acute care low bed available on the market. The beds are robustly constructed and manufactured in Canada by the Carroll Hospital Group, a specialist company with over 35 years of experience in making healthcare beds. Montcalm introduced the SPIRIT bed into the UK ten years ago, and can thus supply hospitals with proven and trusted equipment. The company’s quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. This is why we have the confidence to offer the SPIRIT bed with a warranty that is valid for 12 months.
Assistance with maintenance
Montcalm offers the additional option of a service agreement. This covers call-out and labour charges but does not cover parts that are already out of warranty.
Replacement parts
Montcalm International provides full service coverage throughout the United Kingdom and has a complete inventory of spare parts. This means we can despatch the required part overnight to your engineer.
Call-out times
We aim to send someone out the same day we receive the call. Although call-out times sometimes vary, they are never more than 48 hours.
