Beds for Residential Care
All of our ARRO beds are supplied with a full 12 month warranty
The ARRO bed is intended for use in long-term residential care. The beds are robustly constructed and manufactured in North America to the highest standards of quality. Montcalm’s own quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. In situations that can sometimes be distressing, we aim to make the question of the bed as simple as possible for you to resolve. So the ARRO bed comes with a warranty that is valid for 12 months.
What help can we give you with maintenance?
For extra peace of mind, we can offer you a service agreement. This covers call-out and labour charges but not parts already out of warranty.
If the bed needed a replacement part, how long would I have to wait?
Montcalm International provides full service coverage throughout the United Kingdom and has a complete inventory of spare parts. This means we can dispatch the required part overnight to your engineer.
How soon can we come to fix something?
We aim to send someone out the same day we hear from you. Although it sometimes takes longer for us to reach you, we will always come within 48 hours.
