Montcalm provides a full support service for all beds

The robust design and construction of the ARRO bed make it suitable for use in long-term care. ARRO beds have a strong track-record of service and have proved their durability and reliability in residential care homes throughout Britain.

But what happens if something goes wrong?

If there is a problem with one of our beds, we are here to help you. Montcalm can give you full service coverage wherever you are in the United Kingdom, and will spare you the anxiety of having to wait for weeks while a spare part is on order. Our complete inventory of spare parts means we can dispatch overnight to your engineer.

What are the conditions?

Our service agreement covers call-out and labour charges but not parts out of warranty.

How soon can we reach you?

We aim to send someone out the same day we hear from you. Although call-out times sometimes vary, they are never more than 48 hours.
